Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Systech collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to systechws.it.com and to the consulting services we deliver.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver the service you have asked for:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number and, for business clients, company name and billing address.
  • Service information — the devices, operating systems, software and network details relevant to the work being scoped.
  • Transaction records — invoices, service agreements and payment confirmations. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
  • Website usage — basic, aggregated statistics such as pages viewed and referring source, used to improve the site.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To deliver, schedule and document the services you have engaged us for.
  • To issue invoices, take payment and keep the records the law requires us to keep.
  • To contact you about an active engagement, including scheduling and follow-up.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Access during a service session

Remote sessions are initiated by you, visible on your screen throughout, and can be ended by you at any time. During a session we access only what the agreed scope requires. We do not copy personal files, photographs, messages or documents off your systems except where a data-transfer or backup service has been explicitly scoped and authorised by you.

Wherever possible, you enter your own credentials rather than sharing them with us. Where an administrator password must be used, we recommend changing it once the work is complete.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months. Service agreements, invoices and related financial records are kept for the period required by applicable US federal and state tax law. Session notes and configuration documentation are retained for the duration of any support plan and for a reasonable period afterwards so that follow-up work has context.

5. Security

Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the personnel who need it to deliver or bill for your service. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly and will notify affected clients promptly in the event of a breach that presents a real risk of harm.

6. Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers — for example payment processing, email delivery, e-signature and scheduling. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their function.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to remember your display preferences, such as light or dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete information we are not legally required to retain. You may also withdraw consent to further marketing contact at any time. Write to info@systechws.it.com and we will respond within thirty days.

9. Children

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where we configure devices or parental controls used by a child, that work is carried out on the instruction of a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
